Hi Everyone!

I'm new to the forum but not entirely new to the OMAD diet. There is still plenty I need to learn about the One Meal a day Diet which is one reason why I am here. I also seek motivation to stay focused when I'm working on trying to lose weight.

I hope that what I learn here can be used to help others like me who are trying to lose weight but haven't found a diet plan that actually does work.
 
Hello welcome to the forum .I hope you're enjoying the forum already. As a newbie to OMAD I believe this is a place to be .just get started alresdy if you need to lose weight or see some improvement in your health. Welcome again and good luck on your journey.
