Hello from Nairobi Kenya. I am new here, 1 week on OMAD and scale will not budge

I am glad to have found this forum. I have been doing OMAD last one week but when I stepped on the scale on change in my weight.
I follow a 16:8 protocol but some days I did 19:5 and 20:4.
I have not cut out any food groups and I still have sugar in my tea and sometimes a piece of chocolate but all during my eating window.
Do I have to cut out things like carbohydrates and sugar to see any change on the scale?

Hi MNK. Welcome to the Community! Which protocol are you currently following? I would encourage you to stick to a strict eating window for Omad. I talk about the protocol that I used when I lost my weight here https://omaddiet.com/one-meal-a-day-diet/.

You do not have to cut out carbs or sugar to see results if you are staying disciplined with your eating window.
