Hello everyone. im new here.

i'm allan, 29 years of age, im standing at 5 foot 6 inches but i am overweight with a total weight of 89kg. In the past, i am struggling on how to reduce my weight to a more acceptable one. Actually, i even almost tried different measures to cut my weight down but i always failed on doing them which i think is due to that the programs were not easy to adopt. As per for my opinion, having a fit and good physical physique is tantamount to increase in one's self confidence and self worth. However when i came accross with OMAD diet plans, i found it very interesting beacuse i can say that the program regimen is easier to follow as long as i have the motivation to cut off my weight. I am also looking forward that a lot of individuals in this forum will help me with some advices and suggestions as i go on with OMAD diet. I am very eager to start it today to know what will be the outcome. Thanks to this forum and to everyone.
