Healthy restaurants worth going to

I am thinking of starting to go to a restaurant for my daily meal. I was wondering what suggestions you guys have for good healthy restaurants? I want to go to one that has healthy options, but also has some unhealthy food (for my chest meals maybe).

Any suggestions?
 
Olive garden I am into often, has a lot of healthy food. Just need to check their menu and make sure you know what you want before you get it. They do sell high calories and fatty stuff as well.

As for other restaurants, I'd recommend; Subway, Panera Bread, and Lyfe Kitchen.
 
You need to be careful though. When you order salads, check it thoroughly first before eating. Most restaurants are on rush and tend to forget cleaning the veggies properly.
 
I like Subway, but hear they're not as healthy as they once we're. I don't frequent restaurants as much as I used to. Mainly because it's cheaper to buy food at the store and make it at home. I liked Applebee's a lot back in the day, but haven't been there in years.
