Green Tea - Why It Is Beneficial While On The Omad Diet

I got hooked on green tea after living in Japan for several years and the health benefits are so immense! Plus it's just a tasty beverage to drink and makes a nice alternative to water!

I've just been on a thread that is concerned about constipation on OMAD,this is the perfect remedy.Green tea increases your metabolism and gets things working digestively . There are some green teas from China that are used for slimming. They give you horrible diarrhea apparently to cleanse your system. The normal green tea is refreshing, I know it tastes bitter but for me this works perfectly. I actually like bitter things. I have this when I'm feeling hungry and it stops my hunger.

Green tea is good in diet. I am using it for a months and its quite effective. I drink it first thing in the morning without sugar but it is up to you if you will add honey or sugar. I take it one cap at night also before bed time.

Green tea is really good if you want to lose weight. It helps our metabolism. I've been drinking tea since I was in High School. I can attest to its claim that it helps the metabolism. Green tea is also good for the skin. It has anti-inflammatory properties.

This tea really has a variety of benefits. If you are going to research it you will come back with a lot of answers. Green tea in OMAD I believe is a very good combination.

Green tea is healthy drinks. Tea is rich in polyphenols that have effects like reducing inflammation and helping to fight cancer. Green tea is about 30 percent polyphenols by weight, including large amounts of a catechin called EGCG. Catechins are natural antioxidants that help prevent cell damage and provide other benefits. Green tea also has small amounts of minerals that are important for health.

Green tea has been long known to be very good for your health. It not only rejuvenates the skin, but it also has the ability to bring your mind to an all time high. If you are just beginning to adopt a One Meal A Day diet, green tea will be a good mood and morale booster. Additionally, most green teas aid in detoxifying the body. This is a good thing for people who are on OMAD to lose weight.

I remember the first time I had green tea. Apart from the great taste, I loved the fact that I was changing from my normal routine of water only. It is good to break monotony with an occasional cup of green tea.

Green tea are really healthy for our body. I tried drinking green tea alone but it did not became successful for me. Still, I did not give up I tried putting lemon and a little honey so that the taste will be more bearable to me. Now, drinking tea become one of my routine in my diet. Green tea is highly recommended for dieting.

I love green tea! I am not saying this because it is "hyped up" by people. I have been drinking green tea even when I was not practicing OMAD diet. I love matcha and sencha green tea. I dont mixed it with other fruits. I dont make other concoction with. Just the green tea itself.

Yes, also here in our country, milktea is really "in". I am a tea drinker even if it is not a trend. I also don't drink tea for slimming effects but it's benefit rather. I love drinking green tea because it has detoxifying effect. They say it also promotes more alert brain. When I was just a student, I used to drink tea before exams.

Undeniably, green tea is an amazing anti-oxidant, fat-burner, protector against heart disease, and a lot more. However, according to a lot of nutritionists, there is a proper way and best way of drinking it which most of the people are taking for granted. I myself was guilty of this. Let me enumerate some of it for the benefits of many.

1. Avoid drinking green tea on an empty stomach because it might affect the stomach balance. Especially if you're acidic, please don't do this.
2. Don't drink more than three cups in a day because it contains antioxidants and other compounds. Too much of these may damage our liver.
3. Don't drink immediately after meals because it can inhibit nutrient absorptions. It means that whatever you eat is not absorbed properly by our stomach. Caffeine and tannins act as an obstruction. I always drink green tea one hour after my meal.

I always drink warm green tea at 9am. Our office is airconditioned so I drink at 3pm. I enjoy drinking green tea not for the purpose of slimming down. Though it does really works as fat burner, I prefer drinking it due to the fact that it can detoxify our body. In our country, it is not usual to drink warm tea. Coffee is more popular. Most of the people here prefer drinking tea if it is mixed with other stuff.

You could also try green tea with matcha. I'm just not sure if the price is the same with regular tea but even though, matcha adds to its detoxifying power. Coffee is another tasty and healthy drink. It's also one of my favorites.

I tried drinking green tea as a diet supplement years ago and it was effective, it has a calming effect and a light distinct flavor. Green tea is often marketed as a slimming and detox tea in my country a testament to its weight-loss effect.

Yeah! Green tea can really help in losing weight as mentioned in article and I have drink it once in a day every morning I served it like a coffee. I have used the lipton tea and this really helps me lose weight after. My cousin recommended me to drink green tea when taking a diet for me to help losing weight. She's been using lipton and gave me one pack of lipton tea. Starting from that day, I have been drinking tea when found out that green tea has benefits in losing weight.

There are so many benefits of taking green tea both in OMAD and off OMAD. They serves as antioxidants which is very good in keep one in good health.

Some green tea have been said to help keep one's heart in good shape to prevent heart diseases.

Green tea was the game changer for me...but not at first. The problem was that hot green tea made me feel sick on empty stomach, so black coffee was my only option even though I'd rather not. It was when I discovered cold brewing that I was able to drink green tea and ditch the coffee. What I do is fill my half gallon bpa free water bottle with filtered water then, chuck in a few green tea bags and leave it over night ready for the day ahead. The first thing I noticed was my energy went through the roof, the coffee seemed to spike energy then fade away. I felt well hydrated all the time, not like coffee which is dehydrating. I noticed I was losing more weight too. Green tea goes so well with fasting, the caffine is low and the compounds in green tea fire the metabolism whilst attacking the bad fat.

Here is a great article on the details of green tea with fasting:
