Im trying to get good at getting enough fiber with OMAD s I can have healthy poops. So I bought the Garden of Life Raw Fiber to put into smoothies but it has just made me more bloated and my poops have not changed, they still dont come out solid at all.
Is anyone taking the Garden of Life Raw Fiber product?
