I used to ride my bike around our village and my favorite drink is fruit juice especially with ice. And even if it is not summer, I still prefer fruit juice. But with OMAD, I guess we have to be scrimping on sugared drinks to enhance the pace of weight loss. However, I get an upset stomach when I drink too much water that’s why I prefer something that is not pure water. Especially when I am very thirsty, the tendency is to drink more than a glass that will give me a slight stomach ache in drinking pure water.
