Fish oil on the omad diet

I knew about some of the health benefits of fish oil, but I didn't know about the links between it and reducing anxiety! I love that a natural remedy can assist in things like that. I do take an Omega 3 supplement daily so hopefully that's helping!
 
My doctor told me to consume a lot of fish oil when I had heart problems as well, appears to me it's good all the time, not just on OMAD! :)
