Feeling tired after eating omad meal?

Does it happen to anyone else that after you finally eat you feel very tired?
Some types of foods and the timing of meals can also make people feel especially tired after a meal. Eating a meal rich in both protein and carbohydrates may make a person feel sleepy as well. Some researchers believe that a person feels tired after eating because their body is producing more serotonin.
Serotonin is a chemical that plays a role in regulating mood and sleep cycles.
An amino acid called tryptophan, which occurs in many protein-rich foods, helps the body produce serotonin.
Does it happen to anyone else that after you finally eat you feel very tired?
For me, it depends on what I have eaten, like @Jimmy Swartz mentioned, and some meals make me feel tired afterwards, and some do not seem to do that as much.
It also depends on the things that I have been doing before I have my meal. We usually o to the fitness center in the mornings, and then I make my OMAD meal when we get back home again. Some days I am just more tired after swimming than I am on other days, and then I just want to take a nap after we get home, or at least relax for a while and recuperate after eating.
Depends what do you mean on slow, if I consumed food of course I feel heavier and can't train for example. Overall eating good food makes me ready for the upcoming training in few hours, though I prefer to train prior to eating.
