Eating window

I've just graduated from 16/8 to OMAD. Is there an optimum eating window? Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I started with the 16 hour fast and moved onto the 20 one. I noticed a substantial difference, those 4 hours promoted more weightlosss and less urges to binge. Due to how little time I had to finish my meal. I started the 20 hour on Friday and so far lost 3kg, eating clean and a balance of carbs/ protein/ veg. Hope that helps :)

When you eat depends on your lifestyle and body. I prefer evenings because I can easily workout before hand, eat and sleep most of my fast.
