Eating right after training?

I started my Chinese 5/10 training programm today, and immediately after running 5 kilometers I became very hungry, as I didn't eat a thing during the morning. And the exercise increased by food desire. Is it wise to eat right after the training?
 
According the what Jimmy has written in his blog (look on the main page of this website for all of that information), eating your meal after your exercise is the best way to do it, and it totally makes sense to me.
I know that after I have a meal, I certainly do not feel like exercising, and I do much better on an empty stomach.
Also, this is when we are burning fat the very best, because we have been fasting overnight, and our body is not burning fat as fuel, thus helping us lose extra fat easier.
