Drinking Hot Water

I'm actually drinking a warm cup of water right as I'm typing this! I find it relaxing and sometimes I just feel like water rather than tea or black coffee, so it's nice to have it warm! I'm not surprised that it helps with digestion and so forth - I find it settles my stomach after eating, too!
 
Yes, I like drinking warm beverages like warm water lemon. It is also good to only drink warm water because it do not damage our voice after talking too much at work. I can easily get cold at night so drinking warm water can be really a good way to be warm at night.
 
When doing OMAD I avoid drinking tea too much, because only green tea is healthy, but it makes me feel sleepy and less energetic. Therefore when I wake up and my throat hurts then I simply drink hot water. It's good to drink water on an empty stomach.
 
I agree. I've read somewhere that drinking warm water helps improve our digestion and our blood circulation. I start my day by drinking half a liter of warm water to cleanse my body and wait for thirty minutes before eating. I do this to avoid my stomach from being shocked.

I drink cold water maybe twice a week only because we don't have refrigerator and it may alter my digestion and I'm really not used in drinking cold beverages.
