Hi Sarah! It is nice to see someone who is commited to do exercise while doing omad. I have been doing OMAD since January and I started exercising since February. You see I did not start exercising right away because I wanted to make sure that my body is well adjusted to OMAD diet. I am have problems in weight management and with the help of exercise ang OMAD, I am managing my wellness ang weight real well.
First off, I just do light exercise because I have a day job and I do not want to cause injury to myself. I regularly do yoga and planking as my routine exercise. Sometimes if I have a day off I do jogging. However, if I am not able to do any of that I used the stairs as my exercise.
My routine is exercise, work, OMAD, work, rest. I exercise in the morning and my routine suits me well.
