Coffee with milk and sugar

Its better to drink without raw sugar. Try alternatives like organic honey.
I do add creamer or milk in my coffee. It tastes much better than without.

I think that with the taste its something you need to get used to. If you want to reap the benefits then you might have to make the sacrifice. Honey is still a great option though.

Double espresso, fresh ground and brewed organic only. No sugar or milk. That's the only coffee I drink daily.
When out socialising with a friend I will drink a black cold brew coffee over ice. Again fresh ground.
Any sugar or milk will break your fast.

I'd say it depends on the amount of milk/sugar added. If you are adding sugar until you can no longer taste the coffee, you probably enjoy sugar not coffee. I usually prefer black coffee, but still enjoy a sweetened cup now and then. Also, I love a good specialty coffee as a treat - dirty chai is my jam.

Coffee with anything in it is naturally going to break a fast, since it is adding nutrition and calories into our body, even though it might only be a few calories. I myself often have coffee with a little cream because cream does not spike insulin, even though it does add a few calories. I have this in the mornings and then we go to the fitness center, where I swim for an hour and more than burn off those few cream calories, so I technically stay in fat-burning mode.
Coffee is one of the best anti-oxidants a person can use, and sometimes, I have a bit of coconut oil and butter in it, which is called bulletproof coffee, and this really gives me energy for the day until my meal, which is early afternoon after the fitness center and exercising.

My daughter brought home some Starbucks cocoa flavored coffee grounds a few days ago. Tastes like chocolate velvet. I drink it with stevia. It hasn't affected my blood sugar. I'm not a fan of Starbucks but this is great.

Based on my own personal experience coffee with milk and sugar reduces the effect a coffee should give. It's not because of the sugar, but rather the milk. It makes the coffee a lot "softer", and for me it didn't give that energy boost that a usual dark coffee gives.

I think you can but in moderation ofcourse. I think it should not matter beacuse it depends on your preference. If you like to add some sugar, milk or creamer then do it but as I said in moderation. What coffee are you drinking? Is it brewed or coffee with sugar already?

I think it would be better to switch to an organic coffee with less added preservatives or what. Some of the most well known coffee brands do not care of the ingredients they use. We should start thinking of our overall health.

I assume that you are talking about having the coffee with cream and sugar during your one meal a day ? Obviously, drinking multiple cups of anything with cream and sugar in it is totally going to break your fast, because of all the sugar it adds into your bloodstream, and the jolt it gives your insulin. That is the whole idea of fasting, is not to be eating or drinking anything that feeds your body during the day, and then having it when you are having your meal instead.
Having one cup in the morning is not such a bad thing as drinking coffee all day long with cream and sugar would be.
