I have been reading into CBD lately, and I hear it can help with pain, anxiety and other issues. And I guess you can actually take CBD supplements to help aide in your fitness. I haven't read too much into it yet, but from what I hear, CBD can help promote muscle gains and now I'm interested.
Have anyone here tried it? I'm not 100% sold on it yet. I don't want to just try something, so I'm asking for opinions.
