Can you do omad without working out?

I was thinking, could someone do omad and lose weight without doing workouts? I'm just curious if it's possible, as my cousin wants to try omad, but absolutely hates working out. I've told him he should do some kind of workout, but he isn't having it. I even told him to go for walks at the very least. He's considering it, but idk if he will actually do it.
 
I suppose you could, but he will probably lose more weight with some kind of workout. Going for walks can help though. As long as he's somewhat active and is eating healthy food, he should see some changes.
