I always use the Braggs apple cider vinegar along with some pink himalayan sea salt and virgin olive oil as the dressing for my salads, and for me, that is the easiest way to have some every day.
Today, I found an electrolyte drink recipe that is made with ACV as the main ingredient.
It has 2 Tbsp ACV, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, dab of pink sea salt, and some stevia if you want to sweeten it. They recommended using either a shaker bottle or a blender cup, so I put all of this in the little Ninja blender with a full cup of cold water, and then blended it really well.
After it was blended, I poured it over a large glass of ice, and I am now drinking it.
So...... how dies it taste ? Well, kind of strange , to be truthful; but not really unpleasant, and since it is supposed to help with suppressing hunger as well as providing electrolytes, I think that it is probably something that I can learn to drink.
I think that it might be the salt that gives it the odd flavor. Maybe I will try less salt next time I make it and see how that goes.
