I don't see this as an issue. Sometimes this happens to me also when I'm just not feeling up to what I am eating. I think as long as you are eating enough over time that's what matters.

I agree with this. I was recently at a social event and only ate my meal for like 20 minutes and was done. I felt fine that rest of the day. It doesn't happen too often, but I think as long as you are getting enough nutrition, that's what matters.
