A Month In & Not Feeling Much Difference

I'm a bit ashamed to admit it, but I'm nearly a month and a half in doing OMAD with a few cheat days here and there, but haven't felt much of a difference. I don't have a weighing scale so I could not check weekly results but have been disciplined in eating at the right time everyday and only eating the proper amount. I did notice some differences at the start where I immediately felt a bit more tightness in my body after the first few weeks, but after that I haven't felt much more difference anymore.

I'm still going forward with this, since it does feel right and I at least know I'm definitely eating way less than I did in the past, so I'm just hoping that more significant or visible results come in the next few months as I gradually improve on my diet and exercise routine.

Feeling a bit discouraged at the moment, to be honest. Anyone here who also felt a similar type of plateau feeling within the first two months?
