10 Common Mistakes On The Omad Diet (What To Do Instead)

Oh shoot! I made like 50% of those mistakes when I was just starting OMAD, but eventually stopped doing them. For example checking my weight throughout the day quite a few times. I guess it's due to psychological instability? I meant I wasn't sure I was doing the right thing with my OMAD. I wanted to see the "quick results".
