    Wahh Thanks for sharing. Right now, what motivates me on my fitness goal is myself. I'm already healthy I just want to improve more. Everytime I see improvements on my body It makes me happy and gives me some kind of fulfillment.

    When I started, I just switched to healthy diet and did'nt mind how much calories my meals have. Then, I gradually reduce my portions and do workouts. I feel like counting the calories will stress me out lol.

    I do atleast 4 days of cardio and dancing on the rest of the week. I also do yoga when I need light workouts to clear my mind.
