Is it recommended to only take all of your supplements during your one meal? I take vitamin D vitamin C magnesium zinc chlorella and spirulina daily. seems like too much for the body to maximize at one time

Glad to have you here @SuzeQ. I know what you mean about cooking for family members. My little girl eats at 5pm everyday and that's when I have my omad because of her schedule, so it works for me.
I agree with @Gretchen . I always take my supplements outside my eating window and it hasn't effected my weight loss. In fact, it actually helps with my hunger a bit.
I couldn't agree with this more. I've dealt with some negative people, but now they tell me I look good lol. It's really crazy how skeptical people are to this diet until they see it working.
I agree with this. I was recently at a social event and only ate my meal for like 20 minutes and was done. I felt fine that rest of the day. It doesn't happen too often, but I think as long as you are getting enough nutrition, that's what matters.
I definitely need to try and switch things up as far as my daily meal to help with appetite. I appreciate the food mentions. I am going to give some of these a try.
