    How about you have something like a wristband on and tie it with your goals to remember easily. It does work. Every time you feel like munching on some chips just snap your wrist and the feeling wears away temporarily.

    Honestly I would rather walk. Walking takes the stress out as you get to interact with the beautiful environment and maybe even get syked as you see other people doing it. With a treadmill you will have to focus on one zone for a prolonged period which is sometimes exhausting.
