    What is everyone eating today for their OMAD meal(s)?

    This is Sunday so I am making oven fried chicken, brown rice, cabbage. I am going to have a glass of Malbec and a piece of red velvet cake because it is my son's birthday cake. I am doing the 23:1. Early morning afternoon will be spring water with some electrolyte drops, green/black tea.

    What did you eat today, Saturday.

    Okay wanted my one meal to be good. I ate 2 angus hot dogs broiled, baked beans, brown rice, broccoli and homemade lemon cake. 1,023 calories.

    Steak and Eggs and IF

    Week 1

    5.3 lbs. loss. I made it through and it wasn't that bad. What I like about this is I can eat what I want to eat during my evening meal. Some days I have a dessert. I try to eat between 1200 to 14oo calories. I drink lots of water and hot teas during the day.
