    Double espresso, fresh ground and brewed organic only. No sugar or milk. That's the only coffee I drink daily. When out socialising with a friend I will drink a black cold brew coffee over ice. Again fresh ground. Any sugar or milk will break your fast.

    I'm not sure why it changes daily but once the carbs have turned to glucose and your blood sugars drop then your body will start telling your brain it is hungry.

    As per others. The liver can only cope with around 1 litre an hour. I personally try to drink 4 pints per 4 hours x 3 So I aim for around 6 litres per day. I add plenty of salt to my meal and some to my water.

    If you are purely Doing OMAD then you can drink and eat what you want with the meal, not outside the eating window. It's not good for you and if you are trying to lose weight then it will not help with this goal. It depends why you are doing OMAD?

    I think this is correct. Lemon juice has sugar in it. Infused is better. I take all my lemon juice and apple cider vinegar in one drink within my eating period.. Only water, coffee and green tea during the fast for me.
