    OMAD will trully help both in saving money and to be healthy. And I also agree that root crops,specially sweet potato is better than rice. It has a lot of health benefits.

    Swimming really is a good exercise. As what you have said, all of your body parts are moving. It is also fun to swim. Having swimming pool on our own home is one of my dreams. It will be easier for my family to swim whenever we wanted to.

    Makes sense. When you are not accustomed in using the other hand then it might help in your diet. But some people ate accuatomed in using both hands, like my cousin, he can eat using his left or right hand.

    I agree, adding sugar to oatmeal is not good specially when doing diet programs. I also ate oatmeal on my diet before, and I am not satisfied with it as well, so what I did is that I ate my oatmeal together with fruits and sometimes I also eat fish on the side.

    I think we can survive without eating meat,I think fish is enough. Vegetarians survive with veggies, so I guess with eating fish only on your diet is nice too. We won't get weak as long as we eat enough.

    Eating slowly

    Yeah, this is exactly my thought. If you eat faster, you might eat more before realizing you are full. Eating slower will help us consume food just enough and not only that, when we eat slower we chew the food more and when we does, we also help our intestine to digest food easily.

    It is a great idea. Diet for the whole family is great, they can encourage one another and do some fun exercises together. But as you have mentioned they have different work schedule so it will be difficult for them to do exercisea together, but the OMAD diet is still possible.

    Yes I agree, sodas have really bad effects on our body and I just experienced it just last week. I think I drank a lot of soda that my stomach got upset. I just had an acid reflux and it last for few days. I will never ever drink a lot of soda again, a sip or two is enough.

    Happens to me a lot of times too. Even if I also watch in our house, I got so engaged with whatvI am watching and sometimes forgot to eat on time. Watching movies or series is really a good advice if you are on a diet and wanted to avoid cravings on food.

    Oh, I didn't know that diet soda can trigger hunger more than a regular soda. Thanks for the information. I agree, soda is not adviceable as it only do harm in our body. But if one doea wants to drink it during their OMAD diet then it will be fine as you have said.

    Yeah, drinking soda together with your meal is good. I also find it to be more appetizing to eat with soda as my drink or even juices. Recently I have been drinking soda more than my usual, and my stomach gets really upset up to now. I guess I learned my lesson to dring just fewer amount of soda.

    Oh yeah I almost forgot about diet sodas. They have less sugar indeed. And I agree with you that even if it is diet soda it is still not good for our health. But yet we can still drink and take a sip just to satisfy our tastebuds.
