    This is correct.But we all need to make changes in our life and adapt to a better and healthier one if I'm not mistaking. It too was hard for me to start the OMAD,but when I started progressing I forgot about eating sweets,drinking sodas and eating junk food in general.

    I like lifting weights as well as doing pushups and some chest workouts with weights. These are only a few workout exercises I do just to maintain shape and work out at home.

    I like the Mr.Coffe TM1 2 the most out of all these products.Of course,every product has its own purpose,but this one isn't really expensive and I love drinking tea in general and tea is really healthy depending on which kind of tea you are drinking.

    I honestly think its alright.Getting enough sleep is important anyways,so i don't see anything wrong with having enough sleep with OMAD.

    Its effective of course,but you won't get the best results.I suggest you exercise and take part of OMAD.

    My goal is to get rid of eating sweets. Before,I would eat a chocolate bar per day.I know that wasn't either healthy or smart of me to do,but I was really addicted to eating chocolate. Once I found about OMAD,I started to eat less and less sweets once I came to a decision to fully not eat chocolate.

    I think when your working out the best drink you should use that is the healthiest and simply the most needed for every human being is water. No sugar,no nothing.You sweat a lot when you exercise so you should drink a lot of water to regain what you are losing.

    I drink coffe in the morning.Mostly one coffe is enough for me.I love to drink it with milk and sugar as well and I think it's acceptable.

    Its alright to eat it once in two weeks or maybe just once a week. Hotdogs are not healthy at all but if you really love to eat them,I guess you can add them to your OMAD diet.
