    I was like walking everytime I buy bread in the morning and that is my first experince on walking exercise. Now, I run on ovals and I suggest that it is good kind of exercise. Free and enjoyable.

    Maybe. And because you mention that I got this in my mind that the food taste even better when doing OMAD because we eat not that lot. Our tounge misses the taste of the foods. Unlike with the normal eating habit you always put food into your mouth and your taste buds got used to it.

    So you mean what we get from rice can be get from cauliflower? I don't think I can replace rice with anything on my diet. That is the main source of my energy. I don't have problem with rice. But what you have posted is a good one. Those who needs to lessen or take out rice on their meal list.

    If your window time is from 10am to 6pm I suggest you eat something with rice. Because eating on that said time means you are eating on your working hours.     One more thing I do before getting ready for work is to exercise my biceps by doing 10 counts of exercise with my dumbbell. A simple 1 to 10 up and down makes my arms strong. It also make my body sweat which is good to take out some water and be replace when we drink.

    Yes for me it is a good exercise. But you see it is a hard exercise with lots of effort and power needed. Meaning you will gain hungry at a fast rate. So I only recommend this cycling if you are a long time doing OMAD. When you are comfortable with your eating window.

    Do what I do every morning. It is a simple exercise like walking and running. I do it every morning because I am the one who buy our breakfast. Instead of riding a car, I walk to the bakery or sometimes run to make some exercise too.
