    I'm feel so bad, when the price of food gets higher like we can not eat what ever we like. For some people who doing OMAD it's normal for us once a day. But for those who love eating its kinda bad. Its good thing if we will find alternative food that we can eat with a low cost.

    I'm having it together sometimes. I like eating oatmeal before I go to sleep. And when its not enough I just grab some bread. You can try the oatmeal with strawberry, and there are other flavored oatmeal that you can buy in some grocery store now.

    If you want a changes happend to you, you can start it. And don't atleast twice or 3 times a week so that you can see changes.

    Tofu is my father favorite. We like fried tofu and deep it to soy sauce and then there a some dishes where you can tofu as alternative for meat too.

    Yes that's true. You will have a control to the meal that you will serve in your family I'm really happy for that. if I just have a family like that I'll better to do that. the only problem is the eating schedule if the family member are not same they will have to talk about it.

    Its OK to chew gum while you are on diet. I think it wornt effect your diet ao much. and somehow it will help you to make mouth busy chewing instead of food. it will help you out thinking of other diet.
