That's my question too. What will happend to OMAD when the holiday season starts now the gathering invitation is starting too. I'm really excited about Christmas.
Break or holiday mean holiday with everything. You can relax and don't pressured yourself about anything else its your mind relaxition. You can also have a healthy meal during your holiday days.
But your friend is not on OMAD he was doing it just so that he/she will not feel the hunger. It might cause a big problem to your friend health he keep doing it. Like he will loss the energy and when he woke he will all his/her muscle numb.
Same concern, I'm doing OMAD like 3 times a week now since I just want to maintain the body I have now. Well its not bad for also OMAD teach me how to take care and b healthy in life.
I'm feel so bad, when the price of food gets higher like we can not eat what ever we like. For some people who doing OMAD it's normal for us once a day. But for those who love eating its kinda bad. Its good thing if we will find alternative food that we can eat with a low cost.
I'm having it together sometimes. I like eating oatmeal before I go to sleep. And when its not enough I just grab some bread. You can try the oatmeal with strawberry, and there are other flavored oatmeal that you can buy in some grocery store now.
Well I already recommended this to my friends and some of them already doing this. Its so nice that sometimes we sharing our experience while doing OMAD
This is happend to me, when I'm eager to finish something my focus is in there only, so I forgot and do my daily routine. Maybe it will really help me a lot to main the weight I have now. Since I'm also busy with my work and study.

Yes that's true. You will have a control to the meal that you will serve in your family I'm really happy for that. if I just have a family like that I'll better to do that. the only problem is the eating schedule if the family member are not same they will have to talk about it.
Thanks for sharing the herbal drinks. aside of medical, and some herbal are really good to our body an make our body heathy. and sometimes organic herbs really really helpful.
I heard lot of herbal that you can use while you are doing your diet . and its so nice the herbs really gives you a good feeling. after you have it. and some herbs has a good benefits in our body. it also to some healing.
Its OK to chew gum while you are on diet. I think it wornt effect your diet ao much. and somehow it will help you to make mouth busy chewing instead of food. it will help you out thinking of other diet.
