Eating the same amount of food – once versus several times

OMAD is strictly one meal a day. I mean, you can eat the same amount of food if you choose to do so for a diet but that's no longer OMAD, and you also have to watch your calorie intake and your macro and micronutrients composition daily.

Keeping yourself busy all the time

It's sometimes hard to concentrate and do work when you're hungry, so if OMAD gives you the problem, then maybe you're better off switching to a different diet that allows for it, or just go for small frequent feedings.

Should i include a strategic snack on omad?

It's not strictly OMAD, but you don't have to follow it anyway if you're really having a hard time. As long as your overall daily calorie count is within the limits of your desired body weight, then adding a small snack can be good for your overall diet goals. Having a hard time controlling...

    Diet for the whole family

Yeah, if the whole family would want to try it, it's definitely easier since you can prepare for the meals at the same time and it will be harder to quit since you also see your other family members striving to maintain the diet.

Workout in the gym after the meal

I exercise after my meal but not immediately after, around 2 hours after. I get tired and out of breath easily when I exercise before meals. Also, it burns the calories, not the nutrients.

Resisting the invitation for free food

OMAD question: You Eat Based On Nutrition or Delicasy?

I usually go for a combination of nutrition, taste, and price. There are days when I sacrifice the nutrition to go for a cheaper alternative, other days when I go for the more expensive but highly nutritious and good-tasting food, but most days I just go with something that's perfect for my...
