    I think All-You-Can-Eat restaurants pass the OMAD diet criteria. As long as you eat all those food within the 1-hour window, it is good. Although it would help if most of the food we're eating in Eat-All-You-Can restos are healthy.

    In my opinion, it's okay. It's because drinking water is healthy instead of colored or flavored drinks. Water also makes you feel full and your body won't feel hungry. It is also very good to keep your body hydrated at all times.

    I guess the best time is in the morning. Before going to work or school, it is great to have an exercise. It would give you more energy to push through the day. If you don't have time in the morning, then you have no other choice but to do it in the afternoon which is good as well.
