    End of week 9. Last week was not a good time for me to be on a diet. Whit weekend is a busy social time for me with the marching bands; lots of BBQs, fish n chips and beer. I actually gained 2 lbs. This week I managed to loose 2lbs so all is well and we are back on track again!

    Hi Silvertooth, the best time to have your meal is when it's most convenient for you. Drinking plenty will help with hunger pangs. These diminish greatly after the first few days as your body gets used to not being fed several times a day.
