    Plant based & low carb? Veggie and Ketogenic anyone?

    Hi I'm new here. WFPB, trying to get back to low carb, limited starch (black beans) Also I'm lactose intolerant. So I just use nut or soy milk. Green smoothies, or berry. Can use all help. I've been doing intermittent fasting, 18-6 or 16-8.
