    A lot of time the initial weight loss is water weight, then the body balances out. They say you should only lose 1-2 lbs a week anyway. When I did this before, in 10 weeks I lost eleven pounds! I was happy, steady weight loss... I was not hungry and couldn't lose on anything else.

    UPDATE Mushroom broth ( less than 5 calories per cup) did not trigger appetite. Bone Broth= 45 calories per cup - triggered my appetite. Bummer.

    What Jimmy? YOU failed the first time trying OMAD! That is even more inspiring than if you had cruised in perfection the first time on OMAD- I guess it's like quitting smoking- if you fail the first, second...10th time, you keep trying- each time a learning experience! Thanks for sharing that.

    I thought at first that it might be too costly, but then discovered many long term omad'ers drink broth through out the day... plus this is a lifestyle for me, that is my goal, so I'd rather slower weight loss with more electrolytes, rather than quicker - more hungry- and more water loss-weight...
