    Lana- for right now, don't worry about exercise. Make your goal to start walking once you lose the first 50 pounds. You'll feel so much better and you'll be motivated to start walking. Start with 10 minutes of walking one week then 15, gradually adding minutes and steps.

    Don- good luck to you. You can do it. Avoid milk in the coffee, avoid the alcohol. These break the fast. The nice thing about Omad is you are fasting for 23 hours. Your body burns up the available sugars and glycogen within 10 hours, so then you're burning fat for 13 hours. Lots of water...
