    If you can handle the cravings through the day after your meal, then you should be totally fine. I just prefer to have my one meal midday or sometime in the afternoon, as it works better for me.

    Doing a week fast with just one meal

    I've fasted like this in the past, it helps draw the weight away, but bear in mind, it's mostly water weight and when you go back to eating, you will likely gain that weight back as your body gets used to things again. I stopped doing fasting because of that, it never seemed to work for me.

    It really depends on what you're trying to get out of it. Do you want to get extremely fit, no fat, etc? Then you could do long workouts. But, if you're looking to just lose weight and get healthy like Devin said, then it's probably not needed to work out for long hours. I look at it this way...

    I suppose it could. If the keto diet works for you, and you still do your one meal a day, it should be fine. It's possible it could help you lose more, but I can't guarantee it'll be any different than what you're doing now with your one meal a day.

    Eating on a budget, any suggestions?

    All great suggestions. I used to have to eat what I had available to me. A while back I was out of the job, and had a very limited budget for food. It was tough, but we made do. It helped having a food card from the state for a while, but once I got a good job, it wasn't needed.

    Pretty much any brand should be fine, just make sure you're not getting it from some obscure website. I'd get a bottle from Walmart or some pharmacy. Nature's Bounty is a good brand to go with though.

    My sister in law is currently pregnant and I told her about omad a while back. I was wondering, is it safe to do omad while pregnant? I figure not because you're eating for two now, so eating one meal a day may be dangerous. Or, could it still work? Maybe she should eat more during her one meal?

    I like to eat Chinese and Mexican food. My favorite meal would have to be tacos. Of course healthy tacos with healthy food. I try not to eat too much though.

    Yeah go to a doctor just in case. If it's hard to the touch, it could be a tumor. It could be fatty tissue for all we know, but get that checked out as soon as you can.

    If it equals out to about an hour a day, then I think it would work fine. I know people who do micro workouts during the day. Works for them, could work for you.

    In the comfort of my home of course. I will workout at a gym or outside sometimes, but I prefer not dealing with people so at home if possible.
