Your family and friends do OMAD?

Do you guys have any friends and family who may be doing omad? I've told some of my family and friends and some of them are giving it a try. Some aren't too sure about it, as I'm sure some people are when trying a new diet. If not, are you guys going to suggest it to your friends and family?

Thanksgiving is tomorrow and I know we all are craving that food, well at least most of us. With that being said, are you going to use this day as a cheat day and eat all the food? Or are you going to stick with omad on this day? I suppose we could still eat one meal, just won't be super...

I am thinking of starting to go to a restaurant for my daily meal. I was wondering what suggestions you guys have for good healthy restaurants? I want to go to one that has healthy options, but also has some unhealthy food (for my chest meals maybe). Any suggestions?

    Omad safe for the elderly?

I have been doing OMAD for a while now, and I love it. I've been telling everyone else I know to try it as well. It got me thinking though, what about someone like my aunt, who is in her 80s. Would she be able to do omad? She's in good health at the moment, but has been complaining about some...

    Crossfit while on OMAD safe?

For those who don't know what crossfit is, it's a high intensity workout program that involves weight lifting, plyometrics, gymnastics, running, and so much more. I haven't tried it myself, but hear it's one of the best workouts to get ripped. Thing is, I don't know how well it'd go on one meal...
