Do you have day you just can't workout?

Do you have those days where you just can't workout? I mean those days where you're down, or you body can't take it etc. I have had those days myself. It's just a part of life, but it's annoying to have to deal with, because it ruins your goals and your regiment. How do you get through that?

When do you like do to your cheat days?

Once a month for me. I don't do weekly because I feel like it messes up my schedule. Once a month is easier to manage.

Should I cut out diet pop?

Yeah diet pop isn't any better than pop. It has a lot of junk in there. I would recommend getting used to drinking lots of water. There are all kinds of teas you can try too. I like herbal and green tea myself. You can also try sparkling water.

Supplements for anxiety, but safe for OMAD?

I hear magnesium is pretty good, but I would also look into; vitamin A, B-Complex, vitamin C & D and more. There's more options, but I'm drawing a blank on them.

    Working out while injured

Has anyone here worked out while being injured? I recently sprained my ankle, and haven't been able to do a whole lot of cardio based workouts. I've mostly been doing weight training and some altered cardio workouts. It's tough, but I'm getting through it so far. Anyone else work out injured...

Easy or tough workouts, which do you prefer?

Depends on what you want to get out of your workout. If you want to get fit, tougher workouts would help. But if you just want to get healthy, but not get fit, stuff like walking for example works. Jogging, swimming etc.

Do you prefer working out alone?

I don't like working out at the gym unless I'm with a couple friends. Otherwise I prefer doing it alone. I prefer working out with friends though as opposed to working out alone.

    keeping at it

Congrats on the weight loss, and good luck to reaching your goal. And it's totally fine if you're not working out as much. I've been there. As long as you are still doing omad, missing a couple workouts won't be bad. If you want, you can even do shorter workouts just to catch up.

The most you've weighed before doing omad

The most I have weights was 215, I have since gotten down to 165, with my goal weight being 120lbs. I'm short too, around 5'2 or so. I'm 52 years old so I could be shorter lol.

Your family and friends do OMAD?

Do you guys have any friends and family who may be doing omad? I've told some of my family and friends and some of them are giving it a try. Some aren't too sure about it, as I'm sure some people are when trying a new diet. If not, are you guys going to suggest it to your friends and family?

Workout with music or tv on?

I like doing workout programs, so I will often have my tv on that. Otherwise I am usually listening to music as I don't get a workout vibe from watching TV.

    Whey Protein good for you?

As long as you're not taking too much, you should be fine. Whey protein in moderation is the ideal route to take.

Should you do omad for life or do it temporarily?

That's up to you. For me it's going to be lifetime, as I am getting used to these changes and it's making my life much better.

Losing weight, but belly won't go away

I've been doing omad for a while now, and have lost a good deal of weight. The only issue I am having, is that my belly doesn't seem to change at all. I can see differences all through my body, but my belly is still a bit big. I also noticed it is kind of hard at one point. A friend of mine...

    Workout at gym or home?

Where do you prefer to do you workouts? From home or at the gym? Personally I'm more comfortable working out at home. But I am thinking of getting a gym membership at some point.

    Quick 15-30 minute workouts

Give it a try, it might work out for you. I personally like the idea, but it's something that wouldn't work for me because of my current job. But if you have the time, it should work fine. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Keeping up with omad on Thanksgiving?

Thanksgiving is tomorrow and I know we all are craving that food, well at least most of us. With that being said, are you going to use this day as a cheat day and eat all the food? Or are you going to stick with omad on this day? I suppose we could still eat one meal, just won't be super...

Is OMAD working for you so far?

So far I feel it has helped me a lot. I haven't done it for a long time, but from the time I've done it, I've realized I'm more relaxed, I breathe easier, my asthma is virtually gone (not gone, but much better) and lately I've been a lot more energized.

What time do you eat your daily meal?

I eat my one meal everyday around 4pm. I used to save it until 6pm, but I couldn't last that long. 4pm felt like the perfect time frame for me.
