How long should you do omad?

I'm under the impression that it should be for life, but you're free to do things however you want. If you want to do a week, 2 weeks, a month etc, that'd be fine. You'll lose some weight in the process. But, you will have better success if you do it longer.

Can you do omad without working out?

I suppose you could, but he will probably lose more weight with some kind of workout. Going for walks can help though. As long as he's somewhat active and is eating healthy food, he should see some changes.

Would it be bad to have my one meal at breakfast?

It depends on how you feel through the day. If you can handle the inevitable cravings you will have through the day, then you should be good. Otherwise I highly recommend having your one meal at lunch time or dinner time. This way your body can rebound a bit easier, and the cravings won't be so bad.

Would you ever do the biggest loser to lose weight?

I dont like to be recorded, so no. Plus I think they workout for hours on end. And the challenges they do look kind of dangerous.

What do you do with your old clothes after losing weight?

Since I've lost a good amount of weight already, some of the old clothes I used to wear are too big now. I have given some away to thrift stores and to the salvation army as well. Any clothes I deem as crap is tossed away or used as a cleaning rag. A big cleaning rag lol.

    Starting OMAD tomorrow Dec.15,2019

Good luck on your journey. It will be tough at first, but once you get over the cravings and eating out of boredom, you will go far. One thing I'd recommend doing if you fear eating due boredom, is to find hobbies that can help take your mind off of it. For me I like video games, and will play...

If you stop omad, will you go back to it?

I won't stop anytime soon, but if I ever do quit for any reason, I would likely try it again. I figure if I stop I'll get fat again and I don't want that.

    Doing Omad while pregnant?

Yeah, probably not a good idea to do omad while pregnant. Your sister in law is eating for two like you said and I don't think it'd be safe.

Worst diet you did before starting OMAD?

What was the worst diet you ever tried before jumping into the omad diet? For me I think the worst that comes to mind, is maybe fruit only diet. It was back when I first started to diet, and was fairly new to it all. I was told by a friend to try eating nothing but fruits for a whole week. I...

What other diets did you try before OMAD?

The only other one I tried was the Atkins diet. My whole family did it at one point, so I decided to try it. It didn't really work that well for me, so I stopped it pretty fast. I didn't do any other diets until I found out about omad.

How do you work out if you work a lot?

I'm used to working and having to workout. I just do some workouts at work. I work construction and that in itself is a solid workout, but I usually go for a jog every morning before work. At least lately.
