    I haven't heard about P90X yet. I don't think I can cope with rigorous training and weight-lifting. Yoga exercises is what I'm doing recently.

    I love sodas too and I'm not sure when I can totally cut them off. These past months, I managed to limit my consumption but I ended up consuming more milk teas and coffee in a day compared before. Good luck to us in our way to a sugar-fee lifestyle.

    Eating on a budget, any suggestions?

    Buy less expensive fish and vegetable. I eat rice as well so it keeps me full with my thrice a day meal. I would like to try OMAD diet soon but I need to learn more about it and have consultation with my doctor first.
