I love coffee and chocolate and I'm not sure how I can stop myself from liking them so much. :-(. The doctor said I should limit or stop consuming them.
I have not tried intermittent fasting yet but I know people who had significant weight loss due to this diet style. Now I'm interested with OMAD diet as I realized how I'd been eating 5x a day lately.
I love sodas too and I'm not sure when I can totally cut them off. These past months, I managed to limit my consumption but I ended up consuming more milk teas and coffee in a day compared before. Good luck to us in our way to a sugar-fee lifestyle.
I should have known its benefits long ago! I never thought that we humans could survive and remain productive with only one meal per day. Thanks to this helpful information!
Buy less expensive fish and vegetable. I eat rice as well so it keeps me full with my thrice a day meal. I would like to try OMAD diet soon but I need to learn more about it and have consultation with my doctor first.
