    Start with walking

If you're someone who hates to workout or hasn't worked out much, I highly recommend starting simple by walking. Maybe walk around the block, or a certain amount of miles. Once you're ready, you can move on to better workouts.

    Working out for long hours

I was wondering about working out more often. I know some people who workout for an hour, a half hour, or a couple hours, but what about those who workout more than that? Does anyone here workout for long hours? And if so, do you go over 2 hours? What about 4 hours? I've heard of people working...

The most you've weighed before doing omad

What was the highest weight you have ever been before trying omad? For me, at one point I was 285lbs. I'm kind of short so that's not good. Thankfully I have lost a lot of it already and am continuing my journey. What's the highest weight you've ever been?

What other diets did you try before OMAD?

What were the types of diets that you did before you started the omad diet? For me I tried Atkins. It helped me for a while, but I hit a roadblock after a while. I then did a traditional diet of eating healthy and working out often. That worked too, but then omad came and changes my life.

What time do you eat your daily meal?

When do you usually eat your daily meal? I am currently eating around 2pm every day. I used to eat around 6pm daily, but I got so tired waiting to eat at that point, so I started doing 2pm instead. I feel it gives me the best outcome, as I am not as hungry doing it this way. What about you though?

One, two, or more cheat days a month?

I was wondering, how many cheat days should we have in a month? I currently do one a month at the moment, but I've heard some people have one every week or every other week. What is your suggestion? Should I start doing one a week, once every other week (twice a month) or once a month?

    OMAD for life?

Do you feel that the OMAD diet could be your life time diet? As in, will you be doing it forever? Or is it something you're doing temporarily to just lose some weight? I know some people who've done these types of diets and only did it to lose some weight. For me I want to make it part of my...

    No calorie drinks with flavor

I cut out soda and other high calorie drinks back in 2016. Yay me! :D But I still crave the sweet and tangy flavor of those annoyingly high sugar soda pops. Thankfully I tend to go the tea route these days, but I'm not a big fan of most tea to be honest. Do you know of any tea or other no...

Eating on a budget, any suggestions?

Hi guys, I am finally starting the omad diet, but currently am not really financially able to buy a whole lot of food. Maybe that's why I took an interest in the omad diet in the first place. haha :D Anyway, I was wondering if you have any suggestions for good food, that's also a bit cheaper...
