    Drinking water to stop headaches when on OMAD

    Drinking water not only silences the headaches, but also "silences" the stomach from the hunger. Sadly, personally for me it's not for very long. Maybe 10 minutes or so.

    When I was doing OMAD after giving birth I had a huge lack of magnicum and calcium. My doctor told me the best way is to consume two of each during the morning and evenings. He did not recommend me to do OMAD at that time tho, so but I did anyways after a few weeks.

    I somehow agree with Corzhens. I don't think supplements are a must, because you can find them in a food. Unless of course you lack something badly. After pregnancy I had a low amount of calcium and magnicum, therefore I had to consume them lots.

    I include the basic one's into my training: running, squatting and push ups. It did the job for me quite well when I was doing OMAD few years ago. I also did exercises for the abdominal wall.

    Well the 5/10 workout is designed for express fat burning and muscle build up within 90 days. According to the Chinese it was created for office workers who take short breaks. But I'm not sure whether if I'm required to change my diet, it's not specified, which is weird.

    Vegan Omad

    Vegan OMAD is good when you're simply doing OMAD and nothing else. What I mean is that if you intend to train and build up muscles the vegetables wouldn't be sufficient. At least that's how it is for me.
