I was going to do a week long fast and then eat my one meal, but I don't think I could do that. Eating every 2 or 3 days is what I might try to do instead. But I may just go back to the one meal a day instead lol. I'm so indecisive.
I think I'm going to just focus on doing every other day instead of a week. I don't want to end up wasting my time if the weight could come back. Plus, I don't know if I can go that long without eating.
It's possible it could help with your weight loss. I say give it a try and see where it takes you. If it doesn't work, then go back to your original omad diet.
I am thinking about doing a week long fast after I eat one meal. I was wondering if I should do this or not? I have never fasted before, but hear people do weeks or more sometimes.
I want to eat just one big meal I think this Sunday, and then Mon-Sat fast. What do you think?
My father has gout and has been doing omad along with me recently. I was wondering if there are certain foods he can eat that is still safe for OMAD, but can also help with keeping gout flare ups down. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I'm going to check out Google Fit. The others don't quite appeal to me. I used to use a step counter app a few years back, but forget what it was called.
I just started taking Niacin 500MG tablets, but I get the dreaded flushing nearly every time I take it. I found out that they make flushing-free niacin, and was wondering what is the better of the two? Is it safe to take either or? I just don't want to deal with the niacin flush. It bugs me so...
I usually enjoy playing video games to pass the time. I also watch movies when I can. I'm actually trying to get into game streaming, so I think that could be perfect time waster for me until I eat my meal.
I think to answer this question, I will have to say it depends on the person. Some people may only do omad for a short period of time, as a way to lose that extra weight, but some will do it for life, much like some of us here as well as myself. I plan to do omad all my life, especially since it...
Yeah, skip sodie pop whenever you can. I stopped drinking it a while back, shortly before I started omad, and I'm glad I did, because man is it bad for you. On top of that, it did something savage to my teeth, so I steer clear of it from now on.
Hey guys, noobie here. I am thinking of trying out niacin to help with my dieting. Is it good for promoting weight loss? I want to start taking more supplements that are helpful in weight loss and help with other health related issues.
Any suggestions for brands? Or are most niacin producers...
I drink my daily required intake of water. I workout a lot, so drinking enough water is important. I try to keep track, but these days I just drink a ton of water.
I usually prefer to workout alone, but that's because I tend to do workout programs, and don't want people watching me job in place in my room.
I don't go to the gym anymore these days. I tend to go jogging when I want to get out there and workout though.
