I think things work properly if you just let go and enjoy OMAD. Distractions of counting calories really remove the gist of intermittent fasting. OMAD in itself works
I have not yet found somebody we can do OMAD together. My wife tried only a week and fell on the diet. Two of my children just laugh at me. They think am depriving myself of food.
This is new to me and worthy of trying out. Actually I need to build muscle and I need to train. Now after the 24 hour fast is a bit confusing. The fast takes 23 hours. After the 23 hours is my eating window. Can you explain to me properly when to exercise.
Progress in the right direction. There is nothing as good as achieving your goals.
Am lighter and my belly is going away. I feel agile and can do manual work a thing I could not do before OMAD
Am scared to try this. I do not know whether it will help or not. Am wondering if it will drive me away from my dieting. What If I will give myself an off everytime I feel hunger pangs? I will not try this honestly
A partner can be a great inspiration in OMAD. They are there for you as a shoulder to lean on. You are actually aware that there is someone that you are in this together. So you keep on.
OMAD works well with others. You need to encourage one another. That way it is quite easy. Challenges too are shared and that is a good thing to have people you do OMAD with.

A balanced diet in OMAD happens to be the key. Ensure your meals have all the nutrients. A fruit and plenty of water should be taken too.
The OMAD dieters who only eat one or two types of food nutrients may affect their health. Food is nutrition

In OMAD, the only worry is to fast for 23 hours and eat in one hour a day. You can now eat all the balanced nutrients that you need. Feed in food rich in macros and micros. There is no worry and no hustle bustle. With One Meal A Day you can taje all the nutrients and supplements, fluids and...
Aspiring to be a monk is a noble thought. I wish you well because it is from God.
I love it that monks practice OMAD for religious purposes. They are your role models. Since you posted this, you have increased my love for OMAD. The fact that monks do it just supports the fact that it is one of...
Your mom is doing fine. Am happy for her and admire her intent to feed well. It has helped her much. I know ketogenic will add to the magic.
You too will achieve much too. As the saying goes, Like mother like daughter. it really applies to you too.
