I am a food addict! Really. I have attended classes and am currently seeking help through a Psychiatrist to help me through this. I am learning MINDFUL eating habits and really think this program OMAD will go hand-in-hand with what I am learning.
I hit the gym 4 days a week and have been for years. My problem is consistency! I have no patience when I see no progress. Then I tend to quit. I can't do that anymore! I have 65 pounds to go! I started with 88! I am getting there! ONE DAY AT A TIME! '
I have learned that I am my hardest critic. I have learned to forgive myself when I make mistakes. After all, this is what I would do for friend, right? I am becoming my own best friend. No more cutting myself down but building myself up! This was one of the hardest things I have ever done! But it is the best thing I have ever done for myself.
My journey is a progress and will continue to be a progress!
