Update: I am now down almost 35lbs in less than 2 months doing OMAD/Keto. I had a few slip ups in January and this month February, but for the most part I stayed consistent. I am at 254.8lbs, down from 289.6lbs since December 31st.
Was shocked to see after two days of strict keto/omad I was down 8lbs. Of course I'm starting from a high number...289.6lbs but still that's pretty fast in 2 days. I'm going to try my damnest to stick to this lifestyle this time around. And seeing progress like this already is so motivating...
So week one is down and I'm at 271.6lbs which is 8.8lbs down since I started back on OMAD. I think this is the most I've lost in one week. I am definitely going to keep it going.

I am down 20.5lbs in one month! 275.5lbs today! Still continuing with OMAD and I feel like I've made great progress. Will continue with OMAD even though some days are harder than others, but its obviously worth it.

Day 14 of OMAD and surprisingly down to 281. That's 15lbs down in 18 days overall since I started IF and 10lbs since I started OMAD.
I thought I would have gained from the food I ate yesterday. I made a keto turkey pepperoni cheese pizza which has a lot of sodium in it and cals but I guess not.
Also do you guys weigh multiple times to see what the average weight says on the scale because mine kept changing and I to go with the average which was 281.6?
