Working out in the morning has more benefits.

Well, there is no bad time to train according to my gym instructor back in the day. What matters is consistency. While majority of people always like to train in the morning, I sometimes do mine when I am back from work and the reaction is always the same as when I train in the morning.

Yes. There is no such thing as bad time to train. You can do it anytime of the day as long as you are not in a hurry and comfortable. As for me, I love to do my training when I wake up in the morning. It makes me active throughout the day and more relaxed.

That was what I was saying. However, I have noticed that it is always easier for people to train in the morning as it makes you go about your work for the day in peace. When I try to train in the evening, there are times that I got too busy to do so as well.

Yes thats true starting your day with exercise will also help your body to be more productive the whole day
so it really nice to make as the habbit of living and it also has a lot of benefits
I actually tried to make that kind of a habit and I failed. It is hard because I have to wake up at 5 a.m. and that is already hard enough. I would literally need to wake up at 4.30. No way! And when I go to school in the afternoon I have to study so there is really no time. How did you do it? I would really appreciate it if you gave me an advice.

I find that working out right immediately one wakes up has so many benefits. For one, it is the time one has a lot of energy and psych. Secondly, it is a time when you've not fed on anything and therefore the body will get a lot of benefits through detoxing.

Well, i dont think that timing is very important when you do your exercise. You will definitely feel fresh and energized when you wake up and exercise in the morning but you may also get the same effect when you are working out in the evening . There are people who prefer to work out very late in the evening or almost at night due to there work. All that matters is the regularity and the intensity of your workout. If you do your exercise regularly and follow your diet plan, then you are bound to get positive results.

One of the important things that Jimmy mentioned on the main website page is that it is very important to schedule your exercises before you have your OMAD meal for the day.
I found that since I am doing that, it is much easier for me to do my hour of swimming each morning. Before I started having only one meal a day, I found that it was hard for me to exercise after eating breakfast, so I was just having a protein drink before I went swimming.
After I transitioned into OMAD, then I stopped the protein shakes, and I just have my morning coffee before I go to exercise.
There is a great article about when to exercise on the website where Jimmy has his OMAD blog.
