Whey protein

I haven't really tried mixing whey protein to my drinks (or can it be on food also?). Can anyone here share their own experience about this? Thank you.

I tried consuming Whey Protein for some months, it was ON gold standard 5.5 lbs vanilla flavor. The flavor is good and it can be easily mixed. Immediately after my workout I consume 2 scoops mixed in a glass of water or any drink that you would like to mix it but make sure the glass contains 6 - 8 oz of water only. I can see see good results actually however I skip some days going to the gym that's why I never got the peak of the results but it's effective specially if you drink Creatine for your Pre-workout if you are doing strength program or a fat burner if your goal is for cutting.

A great many people get a lot of protein yet ought to eat more vegetables, entire grains, and organic product. There are additionally different worries in that the specific protein in bovine's drain: casein has been connected to tumor advancement and auto-insusceptible illnesses. Except if you are on a starvation slim down or are endeavoring to subsist on for the most part organic product it is improbable that you would profit by protein supplementation.
