I take collagen and MX3. I don't know if Mx3 is avilable in other countries. There are seven benefits of MX3 includes fighting a cancer, lowers blood sugar, boosts heart health and other benefits. I take collagen as it improves my skin. I am constipated before but what noticed when I started taking collagen it improves my bowel movement. I have read that collagen helps healing a gut.

I am currently doing the keto "diet" so I am taking magnesium and potassium supplements. (As per doctors request). With keto, you are suppose to also take in more sodium with the foods you eat (and I do!) There are some great suggestions here though, but of course, its always best to advise with your doctor first.

My wife just told me this morning if I wanna take ascorbic acid, the usual one and not sodium ascorbate or the non-acidic vitamin c. This vitramins is really good for the body especially if one has colds and cough, which is common nowadays due to the erratic weather patterns that we have. So take in as much as 500mgs a day and its okay. Getting beyond that dosage may give you diarhoea.

Supplements and vitamins can really help a person feel better and do better because there are times when we stick to meals that is not sufficient with the minerals and vitamins that our body needs. I really thought that taking supplements and vitamins varies on what type of body or lifestyle a person has. And if a person has a slim body type maybe it's good to take supplements and vitamins but also as to eating the right kind of food to grow healthy and gain weight and body mass and vice versa.

I'm not taking any vitamins or supplements because I don't think it can ever replace the vegetables and fruits I eat. I make a habit of eating fruits in every meal and at least one meal with veggies. Also, I drink malunggay (moringa) tea that I made myself. Moringa is known as the tree of life because every part of its body can be use and a rich source of vitamins and minerals. It is advisable to take two tablespoons of moringa everyday.

I agree with you about that moringa thing. It is really can be name the tree of life, but of course that name is given already to coconut. But the benefits you will get from Moringa can equal what you get from the coconut.

I still prefer to eat vegetables and fruits than taking supplement. I find it more healthier than supplements. I prefer natural one. That doesn't mean that I hate supplement, I'm using supplement before but i already stop and switch to fruits and vegetables.

Supplements can be great or maybe bad if taken properly as directed by our physician. Some people prefer supplements because of their bad eating habits that prevent them from getting the right nutrients and vitamins. Some people prefer not to take it because they are satisfied with their healthy lifestyle and diet. Be sure to consult your family doctor or physician for the supplements you would like to take or get interested to.

I am taking Revicon as my vitamin everyday. It helps me to have a tighter sleep and boosts me to have an energetic morning. This vitamin gives me double the strength I have and it strengthens my immune system. Before I took Revicon, I was a teenager who always have colds and cough but after taking it I become stronger and eventually colds and cough-free.

I've been taking 1 to 2 multivitamin caps per day, 1000 or 2 caps of Vitamin C / Ascorbic Acid per day, 2 caps of Cod Liver Oil supplements, 900 iu of Vitamin E, and 1 cap of Vitamin B Complex.
