Do you follow some suggestion or way of how you will do your Omad Diet what are the things you doing to have healthy and maintain your healthy lifestyle. Did you ever get lazy when it come to dieting?? Well sometimes we gets tired doing our daily exercise specially to those beginner who just starting and stop and just give up? can you share some tips regarding this matter how to avoid this laziness stopping us to have healthy lifestyle.

I think what's most appealing with the OMAD diet is that it is effective yet not too strict. It may not work as quickly as most other drastic diets but I think it's because it's more meant as a lifestyle alternative rather than a quick fix. Of course many other diets will end up working for many different people, but personally I think this is one diet that can work for most since it's not too restrictive and you don't have to follow too many rules. Mostly you just have to stick to the guidelines like eating a well portioned meal once a day and doing a bit of exercise here and there.

That's true. The good thing about OMAD diet is to have a diet that is not very strict. It is all about fitting you in your lifestyle. Hence, always be cautious on the food you intake.

The most effective way to have a healthy diet is to stick to the rules and follow them, to not take abuse n anything that will harm your diet, focus your goals and follow them.

Always try to remember your goal and the reason why you got into diet at the first place. I think this mind set will keep you motivated and determined. Also always find support from friends and families it helps emotionally.

If you read health magazines or articles you will realize that the opinion on healthy foods keeps changing. First it was have 5 fruits and vegetables a day, next it was changed to 8 now the advise if you are on a low carb diet is to not have fruits because they have sugar. What I recommend and what I have found out from my experience of being overweight and yo yo dieting is that like everything in life you need to find out what works for you. Try diffrent things and see how your body reacts. For me I feel my best when I eat a low carb diet on OMAD. Others like their carbs but cut out protein others stick to vegetables. Find your path.

I really agree with you. OMAD is a diet that won't make you feel miserable with the idea of dieting. I've been into this diet for quite some time and now it feels like it's becoming my lifestyle. This is the first diet that worked well on me.

Yes, I agree with you. Discipline is the key in every diet. Avoid what should be avoided and do whatever what is needed. Look at all the boxers like Manny Pacquiao, they are very disciplined is there diet. They have the target wait before the fight. They need to be so disciplined to reach the goal.

I think this is a very wide open question. Of course, a healthy diet consists of eating clean & whole foods, and of course, OMAD. When you shop, stay on the outer walls of the grocery store. Avoid the isles. If your goal is to stay fit and healthy, this will do. If you are looking to lose weight, I would recommend Keto with OMAD. It has helped me more than you could ever imagine.

What's great with doing OMAD is that it's not that strict as to what kind of foods are to be taken. Although there are suggested foods to be eaten, I found out that the effectiveness of OMAD is due to the frequency of meals and not entirely with the kind of food being consumed.

My idea of a healthy diet is one that is well balanced, i.e. meat or fish and vegetables. But to be honest, I will not compromise my enjoyment for food when it comes to the nutrients. What I mean is that I will eat anything that has lots of nutrients but I have to enjoy the taste as well. Just like oatmeal, it is a healthy food but I will not eat oatmeal every day because of the bland taste. Besides, they said that you should not add sugar and milk when you eat oatmeal. That’s really bland and tasteless.

Stay focus and head ups on the goal you wanted to attain. Gather all the information first then when you are ready go on the diet.
Yup, I will also go with this suggestion that deals with having focus and researching all the necessary information before doing a diet. Focus because this has something to do with our willpower; and research it has something to do with the whole context of dieting not just from our will but how it stands objectively.

I think all we have to do is to love our decision and stick to that. We should be fully prepared before doing this diet and remind our mind that there's no back up plan after we started this diet. We should be focus and has the goal about the weight we wanted at the time we expected.

Well, it mostly depends on the person to remain motivated to continue the diet and exercise plan. Each will have his/her own regimen that will work best for them but it's also up to the person to make sure that the plan is followed religiously.

I think the best way is to have a meal plan. You're able to control what you eat especially during work. When you're on your workplace, there are many temptations on unhealthy foods and having your own food already prepared will stop you from thinking of eating those and hastily deciding on going for fast foods.

In this matter, one must have a strict self-discipline and consistency on himself. Following the Rules in OMAD is not easy. Restricting yourself from what you want to eat is either not easy. So before doing diet. You must have one goal in mind and strong determination in obtaining them.

Simple answer is that just search foods that can be on a diet that can give you more nutrients and vitamins. And do something that you can cope on easily. Don't force your self in a diet that looks hard for you.

With OMAD I just resolved to be successful with it,so it start with a determined heart and I always had what I needed to look like in my head so I strive to see myself that way daily so it encourages me and I prepare or get my meals ready before meal time so that I get my healthy meals ready before time to avoid grabbing junks or unhealthy meals when I'm hungry.
